It is important to indicate in the request passenger contact phone number, in order the representative of "Transfer Service" can contact the passenger. The name and the contact phone number is given to the passenger a day before the flight.

The representative of Transfer Service meets the passenger:
- on departure from Sheremetyevo-2 - on the second floor of the airport, near the information table , in front of the "Puteshestvennik";
- on arrival to Sheremetyevo-2 - in front of the aircraft exit;
- on departure from Sheremetyevo-1- in front of the exit to the VIP-hall/departure;
- arrival to Sheremetyevo-1 - in front of the aircraft exit.
With the assistance of the representative of Transfer Service the passenger goes through the customs control.

The passenger can go through VIP-service without the help of the representative of the company, it is just up to his liking. He can enter the VIP-hall just saying his name and the destination of his flight. If there are any people who seeing him off or meeting him upon arrival, they can enter VIP-hall by saying the name of the person, whom they are meeting or seeing off. A person who is meeting the passenger can go through the customs and duty-free zone straight to the aircraft exit.
VIP - service is to be booked no less than 24 hours before the flight.

VIP-arrival hall in Sheremetyevo-2 is situated on the third floor of the airport. VIP-departure hall is on the second floor, in the left-hand side of the building.
VIP-arrival/departure hall in Sheremetyevo-1 is situated on the first floor, in the left hand side of the building of the airport.
